Cant pay bills now , what can she expect when we D

Currently mortgage upside down behind on RE taxes and about 20,000 in CC debt that has been defaulted on. She is filinf for divorce. Son in college daughter in second year of high school. I know I cant support two homes and she wont agree to live in same house until daughter goes away to school. if push comes to shove can i be expected to pay more then i make or can i be forced into a homeless shelter so she can continue to live as if nothing happened? Dont have money for two attornies
