So here's the jist of it. While incarcerated I filed for divorce. Everything went fine until I got released.
I had the Sheriff serve the papers. Sadly she was there.
Anyway it all went ok till she responded, but she agreed with everything. Now the last word from the courts was that I had to file something else to get it in front of the Judge. I have asked and looked but No-one seems to know anything about what to file or where to go to get it in front of the Judge. Someone please help. I want to get this thing done as I need to move on with my life especially from the one who put me in Prison. Seriously I want my life back the way it was. I live in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington. Any help is appreciated.
