I am currently 6 months pregnant, due March 2013. When I was 3 months pregnant in September I left my husband due to continuous cheating. We have been living separately since then and hadn't filed any legal separation papers because I really wanted to make our marriage work, even after the cheating, but he needed time to think. My husband has now informed me that he is gay. I want to file for divorce now, but do not know if I am able to while I am pregnant. Does anyone know?

My aunt in Arkansas was unable to divorce while she was pregnant. However you'd better consult with an attorney. If you cannot divorce, you can at least hammer out the details while you wait.
