I liive in Florida, and my divorce is not final yet. I have been allowing my husband to come to my apartment to visit with the children when i am at work, because he lives with his dad now, and chooses to come here instead of taking them. My question is... do i have to allow him in my home, legally? I am not trying to keep the children from him, he can see them any time he wants, but he says that i have to allow him in my home.

No, you don't have to let him use your home for his parenting time with the kids.

Is he on the lease? If so, you need to have him taken off the lease. Otherwise, no, it's his responsibility to provide a visitation location.
