Ending of spousal support question California

I need clarification on this statement....does that mean I don't pay May's payment: or I pay May 1 payment??? Language is below...thanks!!

DURATION OF SPOUSAL SUPPORT: The duration of the spousal support obligation is absolute and non-modifiable and shall in no event ever extend beyond (1) May 1, 2013; (2) the death of either party; or (3) remarriage of Wife. The amount of spousal support is modifiable during the duration period only. Spousal support ordered herein shall be declared as taxable income to Wife and tax deductible to Husband.

I would. If the order read "... No event ever extend beyond (30) April 30, 2013;..." Then May 1st would be out of bounds. As it stands with the word "beyond" in there, I'd say May 1st is the last payment due.

That's what I was thinking jj.....that the 1 May payment is the last one to be made.
