legal separation and form FL100 question
      #801667 - 04/01/13 12:12 AM

Hi, for Form FL100, or on any of the required forms, do I need to list our only child if he is now 18? Also, as of two years ago I own a condo and spouse signed quit claim and only my name is on title, do I need to list that under separate property since it is a non-issue? Spouse is cooperative.

Anything you don't disclose could lead to problems down the line.

If one party is getting a majority of the assets, a judge will want to know why.
