This all began a few years ago when I smelled an illegal substance on my daughter. By the time the court date came around my ex was only found with trace amounts of marijuana and barbituates he had no RX for (he immediately had a psych friend write him a script). When I asked for a drug test, he countered with a psych eval and the judge ordered drug tests and psych evals for both parties. Nothing came of the psych and he was found with drugs as I previously mentioned (I was clear of course). I thought I had finally caught him red handed. I couldn't have been more wrong. He got the amicus attorney wrapped around his finger and of course the Amicus knew the psych evaluator well. He acccused me of the most ridiculous things such as alienation which were absolutely untrue and managed to get more custody of my daughter along with me paying him child support. I was her primary caretaker for years and had primary custody along with a brother from my current marriage. I am afraid for the people he brings around her. He never sees her, he lets his mom and current wife do all the parenting. My daughter is confused and I don't trust the system. I don't know what I have in my court  to go back to court with and of course not a lot of money right now. Any suggestions? He was court ordered to give me and the court drug tests but I haven't received one in going on three years. Do I have any options?
