Uncontested NY Divorce - Amending Agreement

My wife and I separated 8 months ago. We both agreed to the terms of distribution of our assets through an agreement that we both signed. We signed and submitted the uncontested court documents. The documents have been in the judges chambers for 4 months and are simply waiting to be signed. My wife now states that she wishes to have more than what she originally agreed to. Does she have the ability to amend the divorce even though we already agreed to the terms and have both signed the uncontested court documents.
