My husband left while I was out of town and has told me he is not coming back. I live in TN but we got married in VA if that matters. I am pretty sure that if we divorce it will have to be me that does all the work and pays all the $$ but on the other hand he said he did not want anything more than what he was able to fit in his car. The house is in my name since I had it before we married. No children. My question is what to do now? Assuming he is really not coming back, my name is on the title of his car, he is on my car insurance, etc. and so should I go ahead and file a legal sep. just to protect myself? I don't want to pay a lawyer especially if we are not fighting for anything. Thanks!!!
