My ex-husband was granted a divorce...i can live with that. However, it wasn't my correct address that the DIY papers were mailed to. He lives in Oregon (knowing I live in one town he sent them to a person with the same name 100 miles away) He was deemed not the father based on his say so alone, and i was then ordered to have our sons name changed. This means no support any longer, is this legal?

How do you know it was on his say so alone if you weren't there?
Is his name on the child's birth certificate?
Oregon can order a name change for a spouse and I venture to guess if he's not the father the same can go for a child.
If he's not the father, then no he should not be paying you support.
If you don't like the outcome, I would suggest a free consult with an attorney in your area so you can properly explain the scenario.

Okay, have you received anything else through the mail from him, or have you officially notified him of your address?
I could be wrong, but I do not see a court changing a child's name and cancelling support based on ONE guys say so.

Me either. I mean, maybe they have the Honor System up there, but I doubt it.

If I were you, I would consult with an attorney. I'm pretty sure that it can be overturned as you weren't properly served, an attorney can tell you for sure.
