I just found out today that my husband of 11yrs found someone else. Devastated doesn't even begin to describe what I am feeling. I thought he was the love of my life and my best friend. We had both been divorced before and could relate to each other, and grew a bond that was like anything I ever imagined I could have with someone. To make matters worse, we moved out of our home state together to start a new life someplace new. I didn't have many friends to begin with as I am a very shy and private person. Now I have nobody. I don't have any family. He was all I had in this world. I also had to put my beloved dog of 13yrs to sleep this week...so when I say I have nobody I'm not kidding. I suffer for depression and anxiety to begin with and not sure how I will ever make it thru this on my own.

I hope that you have a mental health professional that you can talk to about how you are managing with these stressors.
I hope that you are doing okay.
