I am marrying someone new.
I am bringing property into the marriage that is owned by me and my former wife. If my former wife and I are the only ones that maintain the properties, pay all related expenses etc., can the new wife in case of a future divorce claim any of the property appreciation value?
Thank you

Is the money that you would pay for "all related expenses" coming from that property (as in from rental fees) ? Or would you be using money from a job/annual salary which could have been contributed to the new marital household ?

Yes all funds paying for property expenses would be coming solely from rental proceeds. No money would be coming from marital resources. That is why we are setting it up that way
Thank you
