My wife have been married for just over 2 years, last year November I found some text to this guy that she called her bestfriend about sugar daddy so I got fumed and questioned her about it also almost left twice. We got counseling from our pastor and from a therapist, our mutual friend also spoke to us and my wife agreed/promised in April that she wouldn't communicate with this guy any longer, Friday I saw a text on WhatsApp messenger between both of them and my heart dropped knowing that I was working on trusting her again and now this.
Questions: Can I take our 7 yr old daughter with me to TN to stay with my mother if I decide to get a divorce?
What are the chances in Fort Lauderdale, Fl that I would get full custody?
What advice do you have for me?

By the time that the waiting period to file divorce is over, your child will be of the age that she can choose with whom she wants to live. A custody battle will have no meaning and it would be a waste of money to even start one.

Normally 18 is the age that a child can choose. Neither parent has any legal control over a child of that age.
Due to a horrific situation, I put my 18 year old out of my house 2 years ago. There was no action he could take against me for support, etc.
Your child, at 18, can live where she chooses. Don't waste your money on a custody case when the child will probably turn 18 before you can even file for divorce.

I'm sorry -- I misread your original post and realized you were talking about a 7 year old, not a 7 ear old.

You can file for divorce and custody of the child. A 7 year old will not be able to determine when they live. Who is the more active parent now? That is who usually gets custody.
As for moving out of state, that won't happen for the child.
You need an attorney.
