Helping a friend! My friend's husband is in an Oregon prison for raping and molesting her daughter. She wants to divorce him badly, but is sure he won't sign papers. Does anyone know if, because of the nature of his crimes, she can just have him served, and file some form with the court to have their marriage dissolved without his signature? They were married while they were Oregon residents. She moved out of state, but wants to move back.he will be free in 10 years. How can she divorce him if he won't sign, being a convicted pedo?

All states are no fault. She won't need his signature.
