married in 1990 , divorced in 1998, got back together with same man 6 month after divorce, purchased a home in 2001 (his name on mortgage only) re married him in 2005, so have been together 22.5 yrs total, have 3 kids and lived all together in this home for 13yrs, because we weren't married when we moved into this home do I have ANY rights to it at all ??

The fact that one name is on the mortgage will not be enough to guarantee you have no rights to the property. I mean, in the past 13 years have you contributed to the upkeep, modifications, increases in value? Have you put your blood/sweat/tears into that home? That has some value. Whether it's 50% of the value would be better suited to answer by an attorney and in most areas you can get a free consultation.

yes, we renovated the house 4 yrs ago, I put my fair share of work and money into it,I do all the cleaning yard work and up keep, in the last month he hasn't come home at least 15 nights so not sure why he'd wants me out anyway...have a few consultations with lawyers next week.
