Does anyone know of a case where the parties had true 50/50 custody (in this case, alternating weeks) and they did NOT agree about child support and it had to be ruled on by a judge? I am wondering what the judge's ruling was and what their position was to support that ruling. My husband and his ex do not see eye to eye on how this support should be calculated. Now that she is about to be divorced for the second time and loosing her sole means of financial support other then my husband's child support, she wants it to be the full 20% of his income (one child). Please state in your post if your experience was in the state of Texas. Thanks!
