how do I go about finding the best attorney for a paternal
grandparent. I have had my grand child twice weekly sometimes thrice, and usually overnight at least every other week,since he was 4 months old, that was 16 months ago he is now 20 months old and now the mother has a new boyfriend and is trying to take him (the baby away from my son and his parents. HELP desperate in Indiana

talk to friends & family and see if anyone can refer you to an attorney. If not, get out your phone book & start calling lawyers. Most will do free phone consults & can point you in the right direction. Good luck. :)
