I am with my husband for over 5 years now; been married since 07-12-02, by May I will be a U.S citizen. About three years ago we moved to a beautiful house in California. My husband made me sign a Grand Deeds form and told me that it’s the form for the lawn he took to buy the house. I have a lawyer friend and about a year ago I showed him the file for the house, he told me that grand deeds means that I have no rights on this house, which mean, that if I’ll get divorce, I will get nothing. I asked my husband to add my name on the house, but he said it’s impossible, and why I should get a half of it if we’ll get divorced? I’m seven months pregnant, since I moved here to the states I haven’t been working in a serious job, I have a very low income, and now with being pregnant, I’m being supported by my husband. Basically what I’m asking is, if something will go wrong, if my husband (god forbids) will die or get hurt, or if we will get divorce… what are my rights as a married woman and as mother to his child????

I think it is absolutely horrible that he tricked and lied to you like that! I wouldn't be able to trust someone ever again if they did something like that to me.
Are you trying to make plans to leave him after you gain citizenship or are you just trying to find out what your options are?
For one thing, I think you should talk to your lawyer friend again. Maybe he will have some good advice for you. I think this might be something beyond what we can help you with.

why are you on a divorce site? You have a lawyer friend you should ask him, he would know more than us unless he is someone you don't trust. Is it your husband's baby? Are you separated fom him? If he died you wouldn't be a married woman but a widow and entitled to social security benefits foir you and the child. If he got hurt it would be the same as with any other couple.
