here is my story, we were married 8 1/2 years. we have been fighting alot for along time. He has abused me in the past and has done time in jail and has had anger mangment treatment for a year. His classes ended and his abuse started again so I moved out. I figured he would come for me and we could get the help we needed and save our marriage. 5 days after I was gone he filed for divorce,wont talk to me but he talks with my father and tells my father that he stills loves me and wants to work it out. I still have not heard from him. I have written pages of letters to him with no response. He claims he needs time and cant contact me because of the tempory r/o. It has been 6 months I have such a hard time just getting up in the mornings. I was a home maker for the whole marriage so now I am so lost and confused. Why is he doing this and how can he claim he wants it to work out to my father. Is he just blowing smoke or ? I am so hurt. What should I do?
