HI! NEW HERE, BUT LOOKING FOR ADVICE. MY 12 YR OLD SON CHOSE HIS VISITATION TO BE HOME 1 WK. AT DADS 1 WK, INSTEAD OF THE GENERAL VISITATION, HE TALKED TO THE JUDGE, JUDGE SEEMED TO FEEL THAT THAT WASNT A BAD REQUEST. WELL, HE IS INTO THE 4TH WEEK OF BEING AT D'S AND IS SO BORED. D HAS ANOTHER CHILD IN THE HOME (2YRS) AND NOW MY SON BABYSITS WHILE D SLEEPS, CUTS GRASS, ETC. IS NOT ALOUD OUTSIDE, ON PHONE, COMPUTER, AND DOES NOTHING ALL DAY LONG. LAST TIME I PICKED HIM UP, HE HAD NO EYELASHES!!! HE TOLD ME HE WAS BORED. SO, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT W/PSYCHOLOGIST, HE GOES NEXT WEEK. HE DOES NOT WANT TO STAY AT D'S FOR A WEEK. 1/2 THE TIME DOES NOT WANT TO EVEN GO. THEY TELL HIM HE IS FAT, HE STINKS, AND ALWAYS TALKS BAD ABOUT ME. COULD THIS MAYBE BE CONSIDERED IN COURT THAT THE VISITAITON AND SUMMER VACATION BE RECONSIDERED? SOUNDS LIKE VERBAL ABUSE TO ME! I KNOW THAT COUNSELING WOULD BE GREAT FOR HIM, BUT WOULD IT ALSO HELP MY CASE IF I TOOK IT TO COURT? ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED......

If this is true, ask D to sign a new Parenting Time Agreement. If dad disagree's, file a motion using an attorney. You will not only get what you ask for (as long as what you ask is reasonable), but D will have to pay for your attorney fee's for filing the motion.
