Help please! My husband was served a motion in court to FREEZE all his IRA on August 25 except for $3000 per month to pay mortgage and bills. He is still residing in our home due to unemployment. I just found TWO withdrawls stubs in his room in the amount of $13,000 since the court order was instated. I am waiting to hear from my attorney in regard to this. Will he be held in contempt of court for violating the order????

Thank you Maury, I heard from my Attorney yesterday and they are filing another motion today in court. He will be ordered to return the money (which is gone already) and if not, it will be deducted from our settlement on his end. Thanks again.
