I want to know if after the divorce has been filed is the stbx entitled to any of military sepration pay?If so what percentage divorce has been filed 2yrs ago stbx and attorney keep delaying it?please help next court hearing is very soon.

I guess it would depend on your state. Some states stop the clock on marital property the day you file, or the day you legally separate, or the date of actual divorce.
As far as the military, I don't believe they have any requirements as far as military separation pay.

Separation incentive could be treated like retired pay, and divisible. On the other hand, it might be looked at as income, or severance pay. If you have separated already, and your stbx is unaware that you have, ...play along! LOL! Spend your separation pay! Agree to dividing your retired pay, *wink, wink*, (afterall, it's still possible for you to enlist again, right?) Just don't mention your current occupation unless asked by the court. If you haven't separated yet, don't mention that you are considering it, because as sure as God made little green apples, you will be dividing your separation pay! The percentage will depend on length of marriage overlapping service, and possibly date of separation from stbx.
