After 2 years of batteling my wife (long story) I filed 4 criminal complaints. FIRST against my wife for PERJURY, SECOND and THIRD against two judges for OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT and the FOURTH for PERMITTING ESCAPE. Essentially, I have videos of my wife beating me and my children on numeraous occasions that the (permitting escape) judge viewed and did nothing about it and let her have custody and a restraining order is filed against me from seeing my children without a Psycholigical evaluation. My wife was having a lesbian affair during that time. I am in New Jersey. There is no such thing as public defenders or any type of free lawyer for men. I also cannot use insurance for the PE. The lawyer would cost about $8,000 and the PE about $10,000 to $15,000 for the PE and court presentation of it. I filed the charges as a last resort.
