Alimony

How does this work, if she is working do i still have to pay alimony. If I move on and get remarried do i still have to pay

Mainteneance seems to be set up to more even the salaries. Ours was written so that it stops if I remarry. If STBX remarries it doesn't matter.

Our divorce was granted in California. I now want to request alimony, as I am over 60, the marriage lasted 24 years, and I have major health problems. I am thinking of moving to Kansas. Which state would would decide the alimony issue?

You might post this on the General Divorce Board or one of the more active ones. I don't have any idea and there are quite a few people who do.
