The visit is a no-go, but...
      #179536 - 12/22/06 01:39 AM

My x's PO said no to the Christmas Day visit but he was given permission to call them on Christmas Day as long as I'm on the other extension listening to the conversation.

I'm sad that he can't see them but happy that they can at least talk to him. It's better than nothing.

Did she say why she wouldn't allow it? I just don't get her... it is not like it wouldn't be a supervised visitation. Why does she have such a hard on for him (other than the obvious of what he did)?

OMG!!! I can't believe that PO has THAT much authority. I just can't believe he can't have a supervised visit with his kids. UNREAL! I know, I know...he did what he did but the girls want to see him and if it's supervised there is no harm. Grrrr...

I'm sorry for you and 3L's. I so wish they could see their dad on Christmas.

A thought - "accidental" run in at 7-eleven or a gas station on Christmas morning???
