My husband purchased a condo for his mom and sister to live in (they are on disability) yrs before we were married. Since he have never lived there has no homestead exemption. He is know if a horrible fin. situtation due to major credit card debt as a direct result on court odered payment on child support while he was unemployed etc. he went to see a bcnky atty and told him sorry but he could not help him because of his property. Is there anything at all that he can do? and suggestions, i thought of selling it..but w/the money would not be enough to purchase anything else, then were would they live? thanks!!

I would recommend consulting with an attorney who has been deemed by the federal bankruptcy court and state bar as a "bankruptcy specialist".
