married 23 yrs.'91 my father past away and left me his home.I pay all the bills, taxes, insurance, repairs. My husband gets a ss disability check,I don't see a penny of it.He does drugs, brings those people home at times and is verbally & mental abusive.Needless to say I work 12-14 hours a day, leaving in the am and coming home when it's time to go to bed. He'll leave if I pay him to leave but all my money goes to pay bills,I have no savings anymore.Yes I'm crazy but it's complicated.Do I owe him a portion of this house even though he doesn't even take out the trash?

The proceeds of all the real property of the assignor sold by court order for the benefit of creditors, after payment of liens, encumbrances and the contingent dower rights and interest of his wife or widow, must be reported to the probate court by the assignee, and disposed of as provided in sections 1313.01 to 1313.59, inclusive, of the Revised Code

Because the house was willed to you he has no claim to any part of it .It is not marital property subject to equitable distribution , it is your seperate property .
