I am new to these forums having just signed up the other day. I'm going through my own divorce and trying to learn about the process and what to expect. Anyway these abbreviations that everyone uses is making it hard to follow along. Is there a place where all of these are defined or can someone explain? Thanks,

Ocassionaly someone will post a list of them, but the most common are:
BF - Bioligical Father or Boyfriend BM - Biological Mother (not bowel movenment...but you never know) GF - Girlfriend STBX - Soon To Be Ex (whatever) SIL - Sister-in-Law (can also substitute B, M, F for S for brother, mother or father PBFH - Psycho [censored]/bastard from hell in reference to the ex or ex's new spouse/significant other SO - Significant Other BTDT - Been There/Done That SD - Step-Dad or Step-Daughter SM - Step-Mom SS - Step-Son DH - Darling Husband DSD - Darling Step-Daughter DSS - Darling Step-Son Bullshyt - Gecko's favorite word Gecko - One who is always right, who is beautiful beyond compare and should be worshipped with boxes of Dark Chocolate Turtles
