Been divorce for about 2 years. Need help... We have divided the credit card bills accordingly. Which is stated in the divorce agreement. I've been paying on my Obiligations. The other person is not paying theirs. It is now in the hands of the Collection Serv. They have contacted me. I'm just a user on those. I have faxed them all of the information stated in the Agreement. Is there any other steps that needs to be taking....Please help....I know this is hurting my credit report......

You notify the credit bureaus that this this/these items are NOT yours and DEMAND that they be removed. They are legally required to investigate the matter and remove them if shown that they aren't yours.
You also tell the creditor AND the collection agency that if this/these items are NOT removed for your credit report IMMEADIATELY, you will file a complaint with the AG's office and sue them.
