I am representing myself Pro Se in Hennepin County. I have scheduled a depostion of my wife and want to know if there is a disqualification of interest since we are technically related. There is no decription change since I am Pro Se.

There is no such thing as a "disqualification of interest." Any party may depose another party. Normally this is done by serving a Notice of Deposition and a subpoena duces tecum to acquire necessary documentation.
