IS THERE SUCH A THING AS A PERFECT WOMAN!!! THIS WOMAN MY EX IS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MARRYING IS THE CLOSEST I'VE EVER SEEN. SHE IS WILLING TO ACCEPT THAT MY EX AND I HAVE A FRIENDSHIP AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO THINGS WITH OUR KIDS, SHE IS OK WITH US WORKING TOGETHER. AM I CRAZY OR ARE THERE REALLY GENUINE WOMEN LIKE THIS?

i can be sure she's genuine even when she pursued my husband while we were married and wrote of wanting a life with him 3 months after meeting him? sorry if i don't trust her sincerity!!!

I am a 'new girlfriend'. i really hope i can be as understanding as her - it really is hard you know and we aren't all terrible people.

Most of us can be understanding to a point. As long as the ex-wife respects the fact that he is in a new relationship and there are clear set boundaries, who could complain about them working together to raise the kids?

I say give her time once they are married it will change. She is waiting until she has they are married. Then you will see the true perfect woman. Good Luck!!!

Yes - there are people like that. My children has a step-mother (they were seeing each other before we divorced.) She WAS/IS the other woman. But you know what??? I like her. She treats my daughter great and that is all I care about. At least when I am not with my daughter and she's with her DAD - I know there is a woman there to help her. GIVE THESE WOMEN A CHANCE! Now I'm going into the same situation. My boyfriends STBX talks horribly about me and won't give me a chance. I love her children as much as I am allowed. Just Give PEOPLE A CHANCE! Make all of our lives a little easier and the VERY BEST thing for our children.
