i am new to this website but was impressed with all of the knowledge. i am separated and have been living apart from my husband for 11 months. I haven't filed for divorce because I am a single mom (he is not the father) of 2 girls and can't afford a lawyer. I am just wondering, if during those 11 months, we have had intercourse (during a weak moment on my part), does that have any effect on anything when I do actually get the money to file?

No , Minn. is a nofault state for divorce , that means either party can file for divorce without having to prove fault on the other party .
-------------------- Careful. We don't want to learn from this.
