Hello, After spending nearly $500.00 on a legal consultation and no return phone call from the local JAG military aid office I pose this question:
I have been stationed in Virginia for the past 2 years (orders to VA). I also reside in VA. I have been living apart from my spouse for 2 years (she lives in another state). I know I meet the requirement of living in VA to file in VA.
This is my ?: I would like to move to Maryland (will still be at the same duty station n VA). Will I have to file in MD? or will I still be able to file in VA, because I will still be at the same duty station?
Thanks in advance!
