Separation

Okay, so my husband and I have been separated for 9 months. About a month after our separation he began sending me an allotment from his bah b/c i had been to jag and a cpt. had told me that this was military law. I was wondering if when he gets deployed if he will still be obligated to send me this allotment?

If you are still married (seperated, not divorced), he is required to support you and nothing should change. It is not "military" law. The different services handle it differently.
