i left my husband due to his adultrey. 9 months later i moved in with someone. can i still get my divorce on adultry granted???

Very few states consider adultery grounds for divorce, so your husband's adultery is likely irrelevant. Even if you are in one of those states, since you have now committed adultery as well, using your husband's adultery as grounds for divorce is absurd.

doesn't matter. You are still married and shacking up with someone. Your adultery issue is now dead in the water.

ok so what now? i've tried for months to make deals to file it with him. he wont sign unless i give up all right to all personal property, don't ask for medical insurance for the kids, settlement money he received for any back child support from seperation til the final.

(3) Being sentenced to any penitentiary, and not pardoned before being sent there. (4) Wilful, continued and obstinate desertion for the space of one year. (5) Habitual drunkenness. (6) Habitual and excessive use of opium, morphine or other like drug. (7) Habitual cruel and inhuman treatment. (8) Insanity or idiocy at the time of marriage, if the party complaining did not know of such infirmity. (9) Marriage to some other person at the time of the pretended marriage between the parties. (10) Pregnancy of the wife by another person at the time of the marriage, if the husband did not know of such pregnancy. (11) Either party may have a divorce if they be related to each other within the degrees of kindred between whom marriage is prohibited by law. (12) Incurable insanity.

and what exactly constitutes deseration? he calls once in awhile. sees them about once a month or once every six weeks. isnt any contact void out abandonment type of defences?
