New here with many ?s

I am about ready to file for a divorse. I am wondering what I can expect as far as support and such. I live in Illinois and know its 28% child support for 2 kids. But have no idea on rest I make 60,000 a year she makes 25,000 I am sure I am going to get cleaned .

Yes you are. Count on equitible distribution of assets (THAT will cost you a LOT), and paying a majority of all other expenses (medical, school, etc). Probably some alimony too.

My husband makes equitable income compared to you (it's less than yours but he does not pay state taxes) and he pays $680 per month for one child and 100% uncovered medical. I don't think it matters how much your wife makes or how much time you spend with your kids.

Good luck. Just remember, it will end one day.
