Ex Spouse unwilling to leave condo

Hi all,I am currently starting a divorce proceeding in Maryland.I have a condo which is in both our names-my spouse is unwilling to move out of the condo for which I have payed 2/3. What can I do to get rid of him so I can have the condo back? Should I stop paying the mortgage on it ?( as he cannot afford to pay it out on his own).... if I do what are the complications. I am open to all suggestions...Help!!!

stop paying the mortgage and you'll both lose the condo...it will be forclosed on. You'll need to get legal advice and likely go to court.

If both your names are on it, it is his home too and you cannot force him to leave. Sorry!

Get a lawyer. Have them file for divorce and a possession order giving you temporary posession of the house until the divorce is settled.
