I been getting phone calls from my soon to be ex hubby claiming that he can't afford to live because of the child support being taken out of his pay check. I keep on telling i really don't care, they call it child support for a reason (right?) and he gets so mad at me. For the last couple of months he has been refusing to pay for our child's medical bills (which he was court ordered to do) but anyway last night he called me from a hockey game and I asked him so dumb dumb how is it you can afford to tickets for a hockey game, and not be able to afford to pay your child's medical bills and all he did was laugh at me, and hang up. I really do not know what to do, I need help...

Save up your child's medical receipts and proof that you sent him a copy. Then when you have a bunch, take him to court and also ask for attorney fees since he is in violation of court order.

I sent my x a copy of the receipt of daughter's eye exam bill and the cost of her glasses and contacts. It's been three weeks and I've yet to see a dime or hear from him concerning the issue at all. Technically he has 30 days but I have this feeling that he'll not be sending it...just a feeling...not sure why it's there.

XH has 30 days to pay my medical bills back...he has receipts from September and October, his half totalling over $70...I have yet to see a check!
