changing counties midway thru divorce

My husband filed for divorce and custody of children in Tarrant county in 8/07 and now wants to move to bexar county. He is conservator for the time being but I am in the process of reversing this. I am concerned that changing counties will undo all of the psychological studies, social studies and court ordered therapist findings. I am concerned that EVERYTHING might have to start over. He has lost major ground in the divorce as of late and I am wondering if he is trying to pull a fast one by trying to get me to agree to let him move back to bexar county and therefore nullifying all the divorce proceedings and findings to date. Please let me know if you have any pertinent info, I much appreciate it! [color:blue] [/color]

It sounds like you were quite a way along in the process. You don't have temporary orders in place that would have anchored him to Tarrant county? He would have to reside in Bexar for 90 days before he could start anything here.
