In the state of CT is my wife able to recieve alimony, even if she has commited adultry?

Maybe....it all depends.
How long you were married, any kids, does she work, can she work, was she a stay at home Mom/wife, etc...The longest it will be for is for 1/2 of the length of the Marriage, unless she is totally incapable of earning a living.
