He has paid his CS in full. He wants to know if he will get a reciept from anyone that says PAID IN FULL. The Family Support Payment Center still sends him a payment voucher every month with balance of 0.00. He's just curious? I would like to frame it and put it on the wall. I think it is a great accomplishment, because there are so many that do not pay.

No. Receipts are not generally sent. However, most states and counties do provide a past payment schedule upon request.

Compared to what? Certainly not to the number of fathers who are making the required payments. Why save it? There are so many other things in the world that are more important than what you paid for your child. How about pictures showing how you spent your time with your child? If you have to frame something, frame those!

Thanks Maury, I guess we will have to frame the payment voucher that says 0.00. It is kinda strange how they keep sending these in the mail for the last 7 months. It only takes them a few days to call if a payment isn't there, but its been 7 months for the 0.00 voucher, and we guess they still haven't closed the case. My hubby says not to call and tell them, he wants to see how long it takes for this case worker to figure it out. He uses the phrase "your tax dollars at work" HeHe. His buddy is a news reporter for local TV, he doesn't want us to tell them either, we are saving all payment vouchers and envelopes that show postage for a show called "You Paid for It. He also wants to know if your a real guy or a woman?

Those are already framed Captain Jim. I have to say we have more pictures of the kids than she does, you have to spend time with them before you can have pictures.

Your in trouble now Maury, he knows your a guy and a lawyer. Ready for his next question? He wants to know if he can get a refund for CS from the real DNA donor. He was forced to pay on a child that was not his, ex forged BC on previous child while he was in Germany in the Army. When he got the divorce papers it was too late. He wants to know if he has any legal recourse? How much would it cost? He paid for 15 years.
