can i stop a divorce and file in NC where i live so she want have all the advantages of knowing all the clerks and judges. i will be a resident of NC in april.

No. It will be were the child resides.
And...before you can file for a change in venue (or whatever), you have to live in a state for 6 months before you can file there.
