A friend of mines daughter (daughter 1) wants custody of her half sister (daughter 2). (daughter 1 did a petition for joinder. It was granted. The father of daughter 2 doesnt pay child support. Can my friend get child support from daughter 1? My friend has custody of daughter 2 and wondered this because if daughter 1 does get custody she will be able to get support from the working parent. right?
