Pre-marriage assets
      #387002 - 04/08/08 06:18 PM

My husband and I just seperated a 2nd time, and are probably headed down the divorce path. I own the condo (bought a few years before we were married), and I have a pretty nice sized IRA and 401K, as well as a savings account. He has neither, and makes less than I do, we have no children. We have no "shared" assets, and a very small joint checking account that was used for house bills only. How likely is it, if he wanted to fight for it, would it be for a court to actually award him part of my assets?
