My mother has had dhs removed from me on 3 occations all times that county has never investigated me or done a home eval. just took my girls due to her verbal alligations. I on all 3 occations had my children returned to me but it has taken 2years or longer. Not once have they found me unfit in any way. Now I have custody and she wont give me my baby she is 10, and begging for me. My oldest is 13 and wants to stay there. Local law enforcement wont help me they say to contact dhs and get a lawyer. I tried to get law enforcement to enforce the PKPA Act still they refuse. So who do I contact to help me.The judge said if I am seen again on this battle with my children that they will be placed in foster care permently. My children have been threw so much, and I dont want them to be tramatized anymore than has happened already. I am affraid if I contact Dhs or judge I will loose them forever. All our rights have been violated and so much more. PLEASE HELP US.I am at the end of my rope and dont know how much more i can take before having heart failure here. Their father is decased. And truthfully I am all they have. My baby needs me and is being punished by my mother for issuses she has with me. And emotionally abuses both as well. What do I do, This isnt right and my babies are the ones going threw hell more than anything. My Mother uses drugs courts and dhs were told, fathers family members sexually physically and emotionally abused my babies 1st time dhs was called. Told courts nothing happened. Then Dhs and courtplaced my girls back in dangerous environment on the 3rd removal. I told dhs and courts again for 2 years they were forced to suffer. can anyone help us, or will anyone. Who can i call to help my babies and not further torment them.

Who has legal custody of the children right now and is there still an active case going with DHS?

...I have DEALT with these people, they pretty much have to walk in while you are having the child HELP you shoot heroin for them to take the kids away. You have lost them THREE times, there is SOMETHING going on in your house.
BTW, you stated that they have never found you guilty of anything. It has to be REALLY serious for them to take the kids in the first place, much less if there was NOTHING found.

My case is closed with DHS and I have custody. This is a small town. There is so much that has happened here it would take days to write, all I know is my girls are the one getting hurt here.

You have a court order stating you have custody of the children? Then go pick them up at the end of the school day and do not allow them to return to granny's. And IF everything is totally done and closed with DHS, I would really consider moving as fast and as far away from your mother as you can get.

I have attempted to do that and law forced me to leave. I had my custody order in hand so I am now calling the Attorney General and local news if nothing else. One local law official is already in trouble here for child molestation, and they tend to make their own laws here. Either way something has and will be done by the grace of God if nothing else. These situations are hard, but hardest of all on the children.

Why were your kids removed 3 times? What does the town have against you? All of these things may play into it...

The kids walk out of school...you tell them to get in the car...done deal. Or wait for them to get off the bus and tell them to get in the car.
