Hi, I really need some quick advice: my stbx called this morning and said unless I come back to the house and help her out with some things, she is going to move our daughter across town to an undisclosed location. When I am there, she sticks her middle finger right in my face, calls me names, calls the police for no reason, etc. She has put me in the hospital before. And I know, if I read this, I would be asking what I, the poster, did to make her so mad. But please know that HER family (mother, aunts, etc.) has approached me about forcing my stbx in for a mental health evaluation because of her fits of pure aggression toward everyone.
$o, can anyone tell me the quickest way to legally force her to give me access to my daughter? Haven't files to dissolution yet because we can't afford it at the moment. I'm in WA state.
Thanks!

--> You can motion to prevent that
