my soon to be ex-husband has moved his previous ex-wife into our marital residence and I still live there. Is there anything I can do?

Wait a minute...looking at your other posts, either i'm confused or your full of it. Is it an x-wife, or a new partner(as stated in other posts)...or is the new partner the x-wife?

I think the partner is the 1st ex-wife.

Lock up the valuables. If you and your stbx have equal rights to the house, then he can invite whoever he wants to live there.
So can you. Does he have a hot friend? J/K.
The 1st ex has zero self-respect to let herself be used like that. Absolutely zero.

Are you really all 3 there together? I cannot even imagine being in that situation. It has got to be so awkward. I'm so sorry your STBX is such an a$$!

I caught that she was the 1st ex. It doesn't change that he can invite whoever he wants to move in. She's a friggin idiot to do it though. Sounds like your house is the Drama Palace with those two.
