A bit of background,
Last year I had place a restraining order against my ex-husband who was physically abusive...At the time we were in the process of a divorce. I then received my divorced and kept the restraining order with one exception he could e-mail me regarding the children while they were in his care.
When he writes about the children he is abusive arrogant and down right ignorant. He calls me all sort of nasty names and I have kept everyone one of the e-mails. He has now stoop as low as to register me and post a photo of me in this fetish websites which I find offensive. I need to know what to do... My restraining order is still affective. But who do I go to to get proof and protection. I am a single mom and have two very young children. I hate to be in a public place and be approached by a weirdo from one of these sites or followed to my home.
Please help. Give advice on what steps to take...

Contact the local police department. They sometimes have internet crimes divisions. And this could be construed as an internet crime, especially since he has an RO and is trying to use this as a loophole as a further type of abuse. If nothing else, they can tell you who you would have to contact or what you could do, if anything, about this.

We need to view these pictures to understand the situation and offer the best advice; what are the links?

loverboy, we DO NOT need to view the pictures! What the pictures are have absolutely no bearing on this situation. It is the fact that he posted them on ANY website, much less a fetish one.

But if you really feel the need to say something, say it by clicking the "Notify Moderator icon under Post Extras below his post. If they get enough notifications, they might ban his sorry butt.

If your restraining order states that you can exchange e-mails related to issues that affect the children, then the other party has gone well beyong those parameters and has violated the restaining order. If that has occurred, contact law enforcement and provide them with copies of thw e-mails. A violation of the restraining order can result in criminal charges.
If that language limiting the content of the e-mails is not presently in your restarining order, you may file a Motion to modify that provision so that the content is restricted.
You may also wish to hire a lawyer to send a letter to your ex telling him that he is in violation of the restraining order and any further communication of that nature will be reported.
Have pity on Loverboy, there were apparently significant quantities of lead paint in his home as a child.
