Okay so me and my husband have been married for about 3 years, and Im from utah, he's from San Jose ca. We moved to California from Utah, he was in the airforce. When we moved down here, its been hell. Its just been stressful for me and We have contemplated divorce. We have two children, my daughter was from a previous relationship and we have a son together. Im wondering what to do if I wanna take my kids and leave and go back to Utah? He said he will fight to take Dominic from me, also both my children were born in Utah.We had an issue in April where our children were taken away by cps because we left them alone while we both worked, trying to make ends meet and pay rent. We got them back 3 weeks later, and now I am taking parenting classes. Im stuck between a rock and a hard place and need some guidence.
