I've been a military spouse since 2007. My husband has decided during his current deployment that he wants a divorce. I am completely shocked and unprepared for this; I didn't see it coming.
I am not sure if this is PTSD or his true feelings.
When you separate from the military, what happens?
I signed away my rights to alimony in our prenup. What, if anything, am I entitled to from our marriage?

In the most basic sense youa re entiteld to half of any asset acquired during your marriage as well the half of the increased value of any premarital asset (in most states not all). However a prenup may spell out a variation on that.
For a max 3 yr marriage - you would not likely receive alimony anyway.
Separating from the military is like any other divorce. You need a civilian attorney to make it happen and they can better advise you of your rights.
